Always use  $ UNZIP -z  to get important installation/update information!
OpenSSL 1.0.0e (06 Sep 2011) release.  Requires a minimum of VMS V7.0.  Some mirror sites will not contain the SSL packages due to local export/import/patent restriction, or other reasons.  If your mirror site does not appear to contain the SSL components please try the main WASD distribution site.  Note that WASD builds and runs against the HP SSL product if you prefer (as of OpenVMS V8.3, SSL is always installed with the operating system).  See http://wasd.vsm.com.au/wasd_root/doc/features/features_0400.html for possible options.

PHP Persistent Scripting
PHP is an almost universally deployed, powerful, cross-platform, HTML-embedded scripting language (http://www.php.net/). This is an Alpha (AXP) and Itanium (IA64) PHP interface for WASD. It uses the CSWS PHP v2.2 engine (released September 2010), which must be obtained separately. See the READMEs in http://wasd.vsm.com.au/wasd_root/src/php/ for further information. Jean-François Piéronne has put up a demonstration on his site http://pi-net.dyndns.org/.

Mark Berryman's PHP Ports
http://www.theberrymans.com/php_kits/
These kits are more complete and up-to-date than those provided by HP, and are always in-development. Any feedback most welcome (even just "worked a treat!") to Mark Berryman at mark@theberrymans.com.

DynDNSupd
Provides a native DynDNS DDNS update client for OpenVMS (http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/).  It requires the HP [Open]SSL product to be installed and started. DynDNSrpt is a complementary CGI Web server application that can be used as a basic reporting tool for the above application. No object code is provided under the assumption most enthusiast/hobbiest systems will have a C compiler available.
