bboard     - mailing list to DEC Notes (VMS) gateway
cookie     - fortune cookie program for various platforms
finger     - Finger client/server for VMS
finger11   - Finger client/server for RSTS/E
mop-server - DEC terminal server load/dump/remote console utility for RSTS/E
msfinger   - Finger server for MS-DOS (requires obsolete DEC Pathworks)
pavms      - Generate BITNET link info for Jnet (obsolete)
rstscle    - Command line recall/editing for RSTS/E (before DEC added it) 
tail       - DECUS TAIL with some enhancements, for VAX and Alpha VMS
updnodes   - Apply BITNET routing table updates (obsolete)

Note that these programs were written at prior jobs and the contact info for
